TREVISTA Vineyards

TREVISTA's kitchen belongs to Hilda Pacheco-Taylor, a chef born in Ensenada with family in the Valle de Guadalupe, who spent most of her adult life in California. At the tasting each wine comes with a tapa, and Hilda also cooks private dinners with a five-course tasting menu paired with Trevista wines, for a minimum of 12 people. The menu for these private dinners changes each time. Tastings are held on Saturdays by reservation only, at 12 p.m. or 3 p.m.
