TREVISTA is a small family vineyard. Its winemaker, James Taylor, makes only Tempranillo wine; he learned the basics at La Escuelita de Vino in El Porvenir and works the soil with vermicompost and organic practices. The tasting is vertical: every wine is Tempranillo from a different vintage, each served with a tapa. Tastings run only on Saturdays at 12:00 and 15:00, by reservation with prepayment; they last an hour and a half to two hours, for up to 24 people. The name means 'three views'.
