El Caserio

El Caserio is a restaurant in Casa Blanca, Querétaro. According to its website, it sits on a 300-year-old estate within the Casa Blanca hacienda and prepares regional Spanish cuisine. Dishes include Segovian-style suckling pig, roast kid goat and salt-baked fish, and the table wine list has more than 180 labels. Sergio Salmón Franz founded El Caserío in Celaya, Guanajuato, in 1995, and moved it to Santiago de Querétaro on January 14, 2004. Google describes it as: "Old-style space with a shady interior courtyard for classic Spanish dishes & specialty suckling pig." Google lists it as open Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM and Sunday from 1:00 to 6:00 PM.
