Bodegas F. Rubio

Parcela 70 is the restaurant of Bodegas F. Rubio. Its chef, Alexandro Rubio R., cooks Italian-inspired food, with dishes designed to pair with the house wines and seasonal ingredients from the Valle de Guadalupe and the port of Ensenada. Bodegas F. Rubio is a family winery founded by Francisco Rubio, and the winery says its first vines were planted in 2005. It is at Callejón de la Liebre Parcela 70, El Porvenir, B.C. Its Tres Herencias tasting includes Herencia Blanco, Herencia Rosado and Herencia Tinto, at $290 per person.
