Vinos Shimul

Shimul is a Valle de Guadalupe winery whose flagship and first wine was Albarolo, a Nebbiolo. Its range includes Shimul 440, Korima, Yumano and Vino de Bruma, kept for special editions, plus Fecha, a dry-farmed Carignan from a plot in El Porvenir; with Aborigen it made Manifiesto, a Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo and Tempranillo blend with a different label on every bottle, and Franky, a French take on Fecha.
