Viñedo Los Arcángeles

Viñedo Los Arcángeles sits on the Dolores Hidalgo–San Diego de la Unión highway in the state of Guanajuato. As Google lists them, the winery is open Thursday through Saturday 12:00–20:00 and Sunday 10:00–18:00, closed Monday through Wednesday. Per its website, it is a family winery between San Miguel de Allende and Dolores Hidalgo. Its winemaker, Ulises Ruiz Mariño, founded Viñedo Los Arcángeles in 2016. It grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc, produces more than 15,000 bottles with natural fermentations, and its first line of wines is called Canto de Sirenas. It has a boutique hotel of eight cabins in the vineyard. Its restaurant, Ítaca, specialises in pizza made with blue grape dough.
