Valle Girl Vino started in 2012 with borrowed money, wine sold ahead as futures and exactly six barrels, as a three-seat tasting bar on a front porch in the Guadalupe Valley; today it is El Corcho Rosa, a woman-owned winery. Its wines are minimal-intervention, from locally sourced grapes, with no added sugar. To get there, go past El Cielo resort and, around kilometre 7.5 towards La Carrodilla, follow the pink signs.
