Bibayoff

Bibayoff makes its wines from grapes grown on Rancho Toros Pintos, in the Valle de Guadalupe; David Bibayoff Dalgoff, whose family came from Russia and settled in Mexico in 1907, carries on the winemaking tradition of his maternal grandfather. According to its website, its cellar offers tastings of 3 to 4 of its wines, and the whole family is welcome: children can be in the garden while the adults taste the wines. By appointment, it offers guided tours of the vineyard and the winemaking cellar, for groups of at least 5 people.
