According to its website, Trasiego is a restaurant inside the Viñedo San Miguel winery and is open Thursday through Saturday from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. According to its website, it is inside the wine cellar building of Viñedo San Miguel, and a reservation is required to enter. Its cooking brings together traditional Mexican cuisine and signature cuisine, with dishes inspired by Guanajuato and made with local ingredients. It has a terrace and an open kitchen, and serves house wines, cocktails and mixology.
