Olivea Farm to Table is a tasting-menu restaurant at kilometre 92.5 of the Ensenada-Tecate highway in Villa de Juárez, awarded a MICHELIN Star and a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainability in 2025. Chef Daniel Nates cooks with what Baja California's coast, desert and orchard provide. It is connected to Olivea Café Wine Bar and to Casa Olivea, a stay with fourteen suites designed by Ange Joy, each with a private terrace facing the orchard; the restaurant opens for dinner on select nights by prior reservation.
