Hilo Negro Viñedos y Bodega is a winery in the Guadalupe Valley, Baja California. Its website gives its address as Carretera Francisco Zarco-El Tigre km. 11, El Porvenir, Ensenada, Baja California. According to its website, the vineyard covers 8 hectares with more than 40 thousand vines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Nebbiolo and Chenin Blanc. Its first wine, in 2013, was a Nebbiolo and Syrah blend from the 2012 harvest, and winemaker Daniel Lonnberg has been with the winery since 2013. The tasting room opened to the public on 16 March 2019 and the Emat restaurant opened on 19 April the same year.
