Finca Altozano is an open-air grill restaurant by chef Javier Plascencia, located at kilometer 83 of the Tecate–Ensenada highway in Ejido Francisco Zarco, Valle de Guadalupe. Its dishes are prepared with products from the nearest orchards, ranches and seas, and it offers regional wines and Mexican craft beer. According to its website, it began as "Asador Saverios", a seasonal open-air grill at Viñas de Liceaga in the early 2000s, and Finca Altozano opened in July 2012. Google describes it as: "Steak, seafood & local wines served on a shady terrace with views over Guadalupe Valley vineyards." It is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday to Thursday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m.
