Conchas de Piedra

Conchas de Piedra is a restaurant at kilometer 93.5 of the Carretera Ensenada Tecate, in San Antonio de las Minas, Baja California. It is a joint project between the Casa de Piedra winery and the Deckman's kitchen, pairing shellfish from the region only with Casa de Piedra sparkling wines. All seafood is strictly seasonal and sourced entirely from Baja California, and the menu changes daily based on fresh ingredient availability. The restaurant is open Thursday through Monday from 11:00 to 18:00 (Sunday and Monday from 12:00), and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Reservations are required. According to its website, it is inside the Casa de Piedra winery, and the wines it presents are Espuma de Piedra Rose, Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs.
