Clos de Tres Cantos

Clos de Tres Cantos is a winery with a restaurant, Ariete. The project is run by María and Joaquín, who released their first label, Resilencia, made with Petite Sirah, in 2009. They make white, rosé, single-varietal reds and blends, plus a Brut Nature sparkling wine and a Pet-Nat. The vineyard is farmed organically, and the monastery-shaped winery was designed by architect Alejandro D’Acosta. It is at km 89.5 on the Tecate-Ensenada highway, in Villa de Juárez, Baja California.
