Clos de Tres Cantos

Clos de Tres Cantos is a winery at km 89.5 of the Tecate–Ensenada highway in Villa de Juárez, Baja California. According to its website, the project belongs to María and Joaquín, and the winery takes the form of a monastery designed by architect Alejandro D’Acosta. Its first label, Resilencia, was born in 2009, and the Petite Sirah grape is part of its vineyard. It makes white, rosé, single-varietal reds and blends, plus a Brut Nature sparkling wine and a Pet-Nat. Its website lists a tasting room, an ecolodge, events and the Ariete restaurant. Per Google, it is open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and closed Monday and Tuesday. Its website gives hours of Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
