Cavas Sol Y Barro is a winery located at kilometer 87 of the Federal Highway, in El Porvenir, Baja California. According to its website, it is in Valle de Guadalupe, was founded by Aimé Desponds in 2005 and uses natural techniques for its earthen buildings. It makes Malvoisie, Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano, Syrah and Barbera, aged in oak barrels. Its tasting covers seven labels and is poured with the WineKeeper system.
