Viñedos Donato

Viñedos Donato is a Querétaro vineyard with a family tradition and, according to its site, a 100% Mexican project. Its wines include the “Rosado Tranquilo” (Grenache), the Gran Ensamble (Malbec, Syrah and Tempranillo), the Ensamble (Malbec and Syrah), the Gran Reserva (Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot) and the Tipo Oporto (Tempranillo). The winery offers vineyard and cellar tours, food-and-wine pairing tastings in underground cellars, a lounge area with vineyard views, and an on-site restaurant featuring house-cut meats. Per Google, it is at km 2 of the Crucero de Bernal to Ezequiel Montes road in San Martín, Querétaro, and opens Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; it is closed on Tuesdays.
