Viñedo Sala Vivé

Viñedo Sala Vivé is at kilometer 40.5 of the San Juan del Río - Cadereyta highway, in Los Perez, Ezequiel Montes, Querétaro. The house describes itself as "la bodega más grande de vino espumoso en México desde 1979" (the largest sparkling-wine producer in Mexico since 1979). For food, Sala Vivé has the Food Garden, with four food offerings designed to pair with sparkling wine: Spanish, Italian, urban and seafood. According to its website, the Food Garden is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with hours subject to change on holidays. Since 1999 the estate has held a Paella Festival.
