Hacienda Laborcilla

Hacienda Laborcilla is an international-cuisine restaurant in a restored eighteenth-century colonial hacienda in Querétaro. Its bar, The Carter Bar, serves signature cocktails and stocks more than 100 wine labels, and the indoor dining room takes events of up to 40 people. According to its website, its history began in 2006 with the Bar Horus, and the restaurant opened in 2009. The website says it is protected as historical and cultural heritage by Mexico's National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH). It is at Prol.
