Bodega cieli

Bodegas Cieli is a winery and brewery at km 84.7 of Highway 3 Ensenada-Tecate, on the Ruta de Vinicola, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California. According to its website, its wines include Blanc di Grenache, from 100% red Grenache; Dolcezza, 100% Zinfandel; Cieli Cabernet, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon; and Sognato di Amarone, 85% Barbera and 15% Petit Syrah from grapes dried before fermentation. Its brewery has six craft beers on tap, including an American Blonde Ale, an Irish Red Ale, a Saison, two IPAs and an Oatmeal Stout. Its website says it honours the winemaking traditions of Tuscany.
